Davood Aimen
Founder
At the heart of our company’s strategic vision is a dedicated founder with a strong financial and real estate background. Davood has a Bachelors degree in Accounting & Finance which he completed at John Molson School of Business and graduate degree in Public accountancy from McGill University. He has worked in various corporate and private accounting and Finance roles and has extensive experience in project finance and accounting.
His passion for real estate began long before his professional career. What started as a side interest naturally evolved into a larger vision—one focused on developing projects that address today’s needs. In 2019, he founded Teradev, combining his financial expertise and hands-on real estate.
Brahim Benyoucef
Urban Planning Director
Dr. Brahim Benyoucef brings over 25 years of expertise in urban planning, social sciences, and international consulting. He holds a Doctorate in Urban Planning from the Sorbonne and a graduate degree in Social Sciences. With extensive teaching experience at major universities, Brahim’s global, human-centered approach shapes our developments, ensuring they are socially thoughtful and responsive to modern community needs.
Alain Salette
Associate
With over 50 years of experience in real estate development and management, Alain Salette is a seasoned mentor and associate at Teradev. Alain has managed and owned over 10,000 properties across Montreal and Quebec, offering invaluable insights into the complexities of real estate. His extensive experience and industry knowledge help guide our team in making strategic, informed decisions that contribute to the success of our developments.
Faatimah Murad
Project Coordinator
Faatimah holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Education, bringing a unique blend of analytical and organizational skills to her role as Project Coordinator. Licensed by the RBQ, she ensures all projects are executed with precision and in full compliance with industry regulations. Her background in curriculum design enhances her ability to structure workflows and streamline operations, contributing to the successful delivery of Teradev’s projects.
